Canara Bank has announced the Notification for the recruitment of 800 probation officer positions:
It is mandatory, that to be
eligible for probationary officer positions, you must complete the one-year course
as a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) at Manipal Global
Education Services Pvt Ltd. (MaGE), Bangalore and Nitte Education International
Pvt Ltd. (NEIPL), Mangalore .Candidates
entering and successfully completing the course will be hired as probation
officers in the Junior Management Category I. Candidates who will ultimately be
selected will be eligible for admission to the Institutes of their choice. The
registration for the Probationary Officer recruitment can be done on the official
website of the bank - canarabank.com.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must have a degree with a minimum of 60% points for general candidates and 55% for SC / ST / PWD candidates.
- The minimum age to register for the exam is 20 years, while the maximum age is 30 years. The easing of age will be granted in accordance with government rules.
Application Fee and Exam Date:
The application fee for general candidates is Rs
708 and Rs 118 for SC / ST and PWD candidates. The selection process consists
of online test followed by a personal interview. The Syllabus for the online test will be
mentioned in the official website of the Canara Bank. The recruitment test will
be available in both languages, that is, in English and Hindi. The exam is
