Level 2 - Customer Support Manager.
Customer-focused, respond to customer queries and
provide appropriate resolutions
Experience in international BPO with voice process
Ability to work in a 24/7 working environment with
night shifts and reverse exits
Having the basic knowledge of the banking sector
will be an advantage
The qualification should be: Undergraduate
Technician / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate / BE /B.Tech with at least 6
months of experience in International voice process.
The candidate must have excellent communication
skills
