Syntel is a multinational company recently acquired by Paris based Atos and now called Atos - Syntel. In India, Syntel has Global Development Campus (GDC) in Pune, Chennai, and Mumbai. Syntel provides both IT operations and outsourcing in India. Every year Syntel conducts Off-Campus drives in various locations and recruits candidates based upon the performance in written test, GD and interview. Selected freshers are given training on domains like Java, Testing, Hadoop, BPM, etc. Any graduate with Degree or B.E/ B.Tech or MCA or M.Tech etc meeting certain eligibility criteria can apply. Candidates who ever registered through the link provided by the Atos - Syntel website are eligible to attend the campus drive.

Atos - Syntel Recruitment Process for Freshers 2019:

Candidates attending the campus drive should have scored 60% (or) above in academics, no active backlogs, and should carry photocopies of mark sheets, Identity Proof, and updated resume.

The Syntel Recruitment Test contains a written test followed by a group discussion and an interview. The written test includes basic mathematical questions as well as logical reasoning and English. Group discussion or just a minute (JAM) is a topic related to the verification of communication skills.
