The general recruitment process contains the following procedure.
Assessment Test-This will be an either Online Test or Written Exam that includes logical reasoning, writing skills, English grammar.
Group Discussion: In order to filter the candidates the group discussion will be conducted. In this part of recruitment candidates, English skills are measured.
Technical Interview: In most of the cases, Technical Interview will be conducted by either Project Lead or Team Lead and Project Manager sometimes. They will decide how technically sound you are.
