BSNL Management Trainee Jobs Recruitment Process

Candidates who are applying for BSNL MT Recruitment 2019 are needed to undergo below recruitment process.

• Applicants will be required to undergo an online Assessment Test comprising Management Aptitude, cognitive and technical knowledge sections. A score will be given based on the performance in the Online Assessment Test. 
• Qualified candidates will be called for Document Verification, Group Discussion, and Interview. 
• The schedule and Timings of Group Discussion, Interview will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates in due course. 

BSNL MT Jobs Online Assessment Process and Syllabus

The BSNL Online Assessment Process contains multiple choice objective type questions with negative marks for wrong answers. The BSNL MT Online Assessment Test comprises three sections with three hours of a time limit.
Section-1: Management Aptitude - 150 marks
Section-2: Cognitive Ability - 150 marks
Section-3: Technical Knowledge - 150 marks

The negative mark for each wrong answer is 25% of the marks allotted to that question. The appearance of the name in the final merit list of the selection process does not give rights to the candidate for the post. A final letter of offer will be issued only after completing all the eligibility formalities.
