Eligibility for IOCL Recruitment 2019
Let's have a look into the eligibility criteria for IOCL Officer and Engineer jobs.- Candidates with B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent are eligible for placement in any division.
- The corresponding branches are Chemical(CH), Civil(CE), Computer Science and Engineering(CS), Electrical (EE), Electronic and Communication(EC), Instrumentation(IN), Mechanical(ME), Metallurgy(MT)
- Candidates with M.E/ M.Tech or equivalent are eligible for Indian Oil R&D Centre exclusively.
- The corresponding branches of M.E/ M.Tech are Chemical Engineering(CH), Electronics and Communication(EC), Mechanical Engineering(ME), Metallurgical Engineering(MT).
- Also, the postgraduates in Chemistry(CY) with minimum 2 years of experience are recruited as Assistant Officers in Quality Control function of Marketing Division.
IOCL Recruitment Process for GATE 2019 Qualifiers
- Candidates have to apply separately for Indian Oil only after getting the GATE 2019 registration number.
- Shortlisting of candidates for Group Discussion and Personal Interview is entirely based on the score obtained in the respective engineering branches prescribed in the IOCL notification.
