Job Description

Basic knowledge in Unix/ Windows/ Database/ Storage/ Backup/ Network/ Information Security/ Cloud configuration/ administration.

Good interest in various technologies for IT services in the monitoring, Unix/ Windows/ Database/ Storage/ Backup/ Network/ Information Security/ Cloud.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.

Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, provide solutions for a broad range of technical problems.

Basic understanding of the IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change Management, a Service request.
Work location: Pune & Chennai

Bond Period: 2 years
Salary: Rs. 1,80,000/- PA

Selection Process

1. AMCAT assessment test (English Grammar, Computer Programming, Logical Ability & Quantitative Ability)
2. Technical interview 
3. HR interview
