Tata Steel Recruitment 2019 for Assistant Engineer Trainee Jobs | Freshers

Tata Steel is seeking applications from interested candidates for the position of Assistant Engineer Trainee for Operation & Maintenance verticals, on Contract Basis for a period of 2 years for the Kalinganagar Plant-based out of Jajpur district In Odisha. Only shortlisted candidates would be invited for a selection process.

Job Designation: Assistant Engineer Trainee

Contract Details:

1. 2 years (Trainee)
2. The engagement under the contract is temporary.
3. No claim shall be entertained for regular employment on that basis at any stage or for pay and perks payable to regular employees.
4. AETs would undergo periodic evaluations and basis successful completion of the assessment may be considered for employment in Tata Steel & Associated Group Companies and will be placed as Assistant Manager.

Candidates are selected for the following functions.

• Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
• Mechanical
• Metallurgy
• Chemical

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must have completed B.E. / B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) (Candidates with 0 years of experience
2. post completing their engineering are also eligible to apply)
3. Must have attended Full-time AICTE/UGC approved Campus Program.
4. Must have scored a minimum of 6.5 (where the scoring pattern is CGPA) or 65% (where the scoring pattern is in percentage) in B.E/ B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engg.) Examination. PWD (Orthopedically Disabled I.e. Partial disability In Upper limb) candidates are also eligible to apply.

Age:

Age Should not be more than 30 yrs. as on 17t February 2019. (Candidates born on or after 17th

 February 1989 is only eligible) 

Salary:

AETs will be offered an all-inclusive Stipend as detailed: 1g year:

During Training 28,000 per month

Period 2 year: 30,000 per month.

2. AET’s will be covered under the medical-claim scheme for self only (which includes

hospitalization coverage of 2,50,000/- per annum and OPD coverage of 6,000/- per

annum)
