Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality

Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Very strong in object-oriented concepts & design pattern
Sound knowledge of Core Java, JSP, Servlets
Should have knowledge of the framework like Spring/struts, hibernate/JPA etc.
Knowledge about any of the relational database like MySQL, Oracle etc. MongoDB is an advantage Knowledge about any of the web server like Tomcat, JBoss etc.
Candidates should have Knowledge about Eclipse, Netbeans or any other IDE
Knowledge about UI components like HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, CSS etc.
Knowledge about Linux will be an advantage
