NIACL Recruitment, December 2018: NIACL has invited applications for the recruitment of 312 administrative officer jobs. NIACL (The New India Assurance Company Limited) is a public sector general insurance company headquartered in Mumbai. In the latest recruitment notification, NIACL has announced 312 administrative officer vacancies out of which 245 jobs for Generalists, 35 jobs for Finance and Accounts, 30 for legal and 2 jobs for secretary posts. Educational qualification:
Generalists: A candidate should be a graduate or post graduate from a recognized university with at least 60% marks.
Finance and Accounts: Chartered Accountant(ICAI) (or) Cost and Management Accountant (or) MBA finance/ PGDM finance (or) M.Com with graduation/ post graduation in any discipline with 60% marks
Legal: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Law with 60% marks
Secretary: ACS/FCS from ICSI and Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline with 60%

Eligibility Criteria for NIACL Recruitment
- Candidates age should be in between 21 and 30 years as on 01-12-2018
- Candidates should apply for only one kind of job from the list mentioned above.
- During the probationary period, the candidates are required to pass the nonlife licentiate exam conducted by the insurance institute of India.
- Candidates are needed to sign for a 4 years bond including probationary period.
- Candidates should possess the required qualification as mentioned above.
NIACL Recruitment Process:
- Candidates are selected on the basis of the score obtained in the preliminary exam, main exam, and an interview.
- The preliminary exam contains 100 questions on English, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.
- The qualifying marks for the online test will be decided by the company.
- The selected candidates in the online exam are needed to attend the Main Examination which consists of Objective exam for 200 marks and descriptive test for 30 marks. Both these exams will be conducted online only.
- People who are qualified in both phases of online written exam are called for the interview.
- The final selection of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained in the interview and objective test.
- A new change introduced by NIACL from this year is Sectional Time Limit. A Candidate will be switched to the next section after completing 20 minutes of time.
